    On September 20th a seminar „ Cohesion policy – an instrument of economic growth and job creation” was held in the Embassy.

    The purpose of the seminar was to seek possible answers to two main issues: the way the cohesion policy can be used as instrument of investment and economic growth and the benefits the cohesion policy brings to beneficiaries and to the so-called net contributors.

    In the seminar participated among others: Małgorzata Kałużyńska, Director of EU Economy Department, Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prof. John Bachtler, Director of the European Policies Research Centre, University of Strathclyde, Prof. Gianfranco Viesti, University of Bari, Faculty of Political Sciences, Sabina De Luca, Head of Department for Development and Economic Cohesion, Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
